The host was amazing. She reached out to us multiple times while staying to make sure we didn’t need anything. Like info on the area, restaurants, or whatever. The house was a pictured and closest to the pool which was a plus. Had everything we needed and more. The resort was fantastic as always.

The accommodation in its self is excellent. So close to the pool area you can almost touch it.The BIG problem is road traffic noise from late evening throughout the night the wagons travelling up and down Salt Mine Road make so much noise we were unable to get a good nights sleep.

Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear you found the accommodations excellent and enjoyed the convenient location just steps from the pool and resort amenities. We're sorry to hear that traffic noise affected your sleep. While outside traffic is beyond our control, we recognize that road noise can occasionally be noticeable, which is why we've equipped the bedrooms with sound machines and room-darkening, noise-reducing curtains to help provide a more comfortable sleeping environment. We appreciate you sharing your experience and thank you for staying with us!

Location is near the pool but we didn't realize the garbage was across the unit.. every morning we could smell the garbage when the open the gate to where the dumpster was. Because if that there were a lot if bugs surrounding the unit. Host was friendly and quick to respond

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location near the pool and appreciated our communication. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the nearby dumpster area. Trash collection and maintenance of the resort's shared facilities are managed by the resort, but we understand how unpleasant this must have been. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your concerns with resort management. Thank you again for staying with us!
