This house is equipped with kayaks for your use!

Inside this beautifully designed home you will find a well-equipped kitchen with ample seating for meals and entertainment. Nice comfortable furniture and large TVs for your enjoyment. The bedrooms are perfectly designed for your quiet and comfortable slumber.
Outside, in addition to the water views and private dock, you can have fun in the private hot tub and entertain guests with the convenient Tiki Bar! Take a ride around the peaceful neighborhood on the bikes that are supplied for your pleasure.

You will enjoy spectacular community amenities including: a huge sound side park with sandy beaches, a playground, and sheltered picnic areas, a basketball court, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pools, and community clubhouse as well as a boat launch and boat slips for rent.

Great House, but Bonus Room is "Detached"

However, it should be highlighted that accessing the "bonus" room (the one with the refrigerator) requires going outdoors and then back in again. Having pool access was fantastic, and the ocean beach is just a short drive away. Would stay again!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, kayaking on the beautiful canals, and beautiful house. Kitchen and house was well stocked, minus no toilet paper at all to start out. Neighborhood was a great little place, has community pool and park, basketball and tennis, dog park and dog access to the water was a nice to have The only fault to the house was just not realizing that the 4th bedroom is really not really connected to the main house- you have to go outside to go down the stairs to the room on the bottom floor. The room itself was fine, just wasn't ideal for our situation, but it was fine in the end.Great house and would recommend for a nice quiet getaway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Trash over flowing with maggots at curb. Laundry overflowing in buckets with maggots. Downstairs room smelled like a litter box, commode had not been cleaned. Main level knob missing in kitchen, blinds uneven, glass coffee table broke later we found shards of glass, floor has not been swept. Vacuum cleaner filter too cogged to clean. WORSE - gas stove flared up like a gas grill for no reason while in use. Burners did not adjust. Stoves circuit breaker tripped Thursday night. Front burner has flame when turned back burner on and front was off.Dishes left in dishwasher, dishwasher was still hot when we arrived at past 530 pm. Screen on door loose. Furniture was comfortable-- but it was thing after another

Reviewer Comments: Driving up to the house, it’s tucked away into a gated community away from the main boulevard, yet it was only a 10 minute drive to the beach access point. The house itself is perfectly situated over the canal and gives incredible views of the sunset you can watch from the rocking chairs on the 1st floor deck, chairs on the dock, or 2nd floor deck off the master bedroom. Each part of the house was well thought out from the open concept of the kitchen/dining/living room to the outdoor space with a Fire pit, tiki bar, outdoor dining table, hot tub, and shower. The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was comfortable (we didn’t use the other rooms so not sure about them). The house was fully stocked. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into to the house. Would definitely stay here again.
