The sparkling waters of Maroubra Beach and Coogee Beach are only a few minutes' drive away.



This gorgeous studio is a peaceful space if you are working from home and includes a large, covered patio for private use which enjoys sunshine all day. There is also an undercover security parking space.

Good location with easy access to shops and transport. Having a secure and enclosed parking space was a bonus. We had a couple of occasions when somebody else used our parking space which was irritating but this was responded to very quickly by the property managers. The property was very quiet and access very easy. Being on the ground floor meant that we didn't get much sun light but that was not a big issue as we were out much of the day. Overall I would recommend.
