Note: This Home is ONLY available for MONTHLY RENTALS - 28 nights or more. A short HOA Application is mandatory, which requires at least a seven day advance notice. We will send you the necessary paperwork prior to the reservation date.
This property will allow up to one small dog (no other type pf pet) under 25 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All guests must complete required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the HOA restricts certain breeds of dogs (their rule not ours). Under no circumstances shall a Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mix), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario (canary dog) be permitted on the property.
** Please Note - There will be a beach nourishment along our coastline starting Summer 2025. Certain areas may be blocked off while working.

- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.
- Primary renter must be 25 years old or older.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time. Guest MUST select the correct number of guests staying during the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
- No more than three vehicles allowed.
- No smoking/vaping.
- One small dog (no other type of pet) under 25 pounds. Certain breeds restricted (see above).
- Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email. If we do not have your email please contact us.
- If Guest wishes to use the boat slip, one watercraft may be docked with proof of registration and insurance. Insurance must list homeowner and/or hoa as additionally insured. Please note trailers can not be stored on site.
