Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for our stay in Christchurch! We could easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Right near the river too! We were afraid parking would be difficult but we had no problem finding free spots nearby. The unit was exactly as described, clean and modern. We just loved it!

Nice quiet location close to where i needed to b. Wholefoods store nearby 2 min walk, and couple of good restaurants within 10-15min walk. Host always responsive and helpful when called on and has everything i needed for a short stay. Will b back.

Great place for family and dog

Really enjoyed this property. It was just as advertised. Clean, tidy and warm. Walking distance to city centre and shops. Parking on the street was not a problem as there was always a park. The hosts were awesome and had great communication. Will definitely stay here again when back in chch.

Ideal location right in the centre of town. Wonderful because we had our dog and could walk him easily from the property. Very self contained with all necessary home conveniences- oven, washing machine/ drier & dishwasher. The couch folds out to a spare double bed. Lots of light and nice and warm. Parking availability mostly good over a period of 5 days. There is a deep gutter to avoid when parking. I would use this property again.
