Waterfront Luxury Vacation Home with Stunning Sunsets and Sandy Shoreline

Welcome to our luxury lakefront vacation rental! Custom built in 2023, with the vision of a family retreat in mind! Main cottage sleeps up to 14 guests. An additional rustic bunkie can accommodate 4 more guests (+$). Shallow, private, sandy beach area with a fire pit, 700 feet of shoreline and views of the most beautiful sunsets. Bring your bikes and ride the Trans Canada Trail, at your doorstep. Close to Mount St Louis Moonstone, OFSC snowmobile trails, Vetta Nordic spa and the historic town of Midland.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If leaving garbage, sort garbage and recycling and leave bags in side shed ($25/bag fee) for our cleaners to take to the dump - we do not have garbage pickup
If using the bunkie, please lock up and return key to drawer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sort garbage and recycling - $25 fee per bag applies for garbage left on premises
Only throw toilet paper in the toilet - the home is on septic. May result in a service call with additional fee of $500 charged to guests

Spacious, newly renovated home. Positives: stunning beach front with low water levels, up to date home- catalogue worthy! Host replies in a timely manner. Close to trail Cons: The gas stove switches on extremely easily, posing a hazard if you have younger kids. Even adults were rubbing close too and accidentally turning on. Water pressure is low. No garbage disposal on site- which made checkout tedious.
