Private boat ramp suitable for small fishing boats only. The nearest public boat ramp for large vessels is only 200 metres away!

This beautiful waterside property features:

Great long weekend

Group of friends catching up for a long weekend, good property. Would be great if there was a bit more in working distance, but not a big deal.

Weekend away with friends

Property wasn’t very clean, garden wasn’t well maintained. The bbq gas bottles were near empty and ran out on the second use. There was 8 of us and only 3 chairs for the outdoor table were provided on arrival and extras had to be retrieved from the property next door

Glad that we sorted this out whilst you were in house. Had we been made aware of the gas bottles they would have been replaced for you. We did replace them both for the next guests, so thank you for leaving them disconnected. We do ask in our check in details that you let us know immediately of any cleaning issues, or if something is a miss, so we can address any issues whilst you are in house. Lacks maintenance

The property is poorly maintained and lacks air conditioning in the bed rooms. After 2 40 degree days the house was a hit box

Hello Peter. As discussed over the phone when you abruptly hung up the phone, the listing clearly displays that there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the reverse cycle is in the living area. The house is an older home, clean and tidy with the most beautiful waterfront position fronting Lake Mulwala. All of our guests generally love their stay. Perhaps for your next booking, as you kindly pointed out that you have travelled extensively, you may like to check the listing and determine if it fits your requirements. You were not very pleasant during conversations. We did have a portable air conditioner in our office that was going to be offered to you during your stay, however you hung up before it could be offered. Your suggestions were also forwarded onto the owner for their consideration. Regards the Yarrawonga Escapes team.
