Wonderful all the way around

I spent three days here, and if you’re looking for a getaway where it’s quiet and peaceful, this is it. The bed is insanely comfortable and the history of the apartment will inspire creativity. Host is superb. I will 100% be back.

A step back into the 60’s & 70’s

We had a wonderful time staying at the Jim Croce farmhouse. The owners kept everything in original condition including decor from the time when Jim and his wife lived there. They provided albums that Jim made for us to listen to while we sat in the LR and Kitchen picturing Jim with his wife along with other artists like James Taylor, singing and playing their guitars together. Truly an authentic way to experience memories from the 60-70’s.

Weekend at Highspire

We are so blessed that this listing popped up when we were planning to visit a friend in Downingtown. What a lovely jewel of an apartment located in a gorgeous setting! Comfy, cozy, and relaxing; it is a great place with everything you need. I have long loved the music of Jim Croce. But now i know the man as well. Thanks Julie for being a thoughtful and aytentive host! We give it 20 out of 10 stars!

Cute, Quaint, Colorful

Loved the welcome goodies. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners were absolutely fantastic, desiring to help make our stay perfectly comfortable, including with their friendliness. Julie even same day shipped us an iron and ironing mat! I enjoyed playing Jim Croche's records in the living room while visiting with family. We used all appliances in the kitchen without a problem. The ONLY downside was how firm the mattress was. Regardless, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
