There is a lockbox on the left side of the stair rail going up to the deck with the key to the slider on the right. The code will be sent in a private message as it is changed after each guest departure.

Getting around Downingtown, PA, is convenient due to its central location and accessibility to transportation. Major highways like the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 30, and Route 322 provide easy access to nearby cities. The SEPTA regional rail system, with a station in the borough, offers commuter rail service to Philadelphia and other destinations. The area is pedestrian-friendly with local taxi services, rideshare platforms, and public buses readily available. The area is also part of Chester County's bike-friendly network, promoting cycling as a sustainable mode of transport.

If you choose to book this property from November 1st - March 31st and snow is expected, we will honor refunds up to the arrival day if you choose to cancel. If you choose NOT to cancel and inclement weather is expected, no refunds will be issued after your arrival and you do so at your own risk. We can not plow the access road but you are within walking distance to town.

We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow:
