About this property

High up on Buderim with Ocean View

The North easterly ocean views from this street are some of the best that Buderim has to offer and it is only a walk to shops and restaurants.

This 1970's house is perched up high surrounded by multi-million dollars homes. The ocean is clearly visible even from your bed.

The driveway is very steep and cars should not drive down but the property is charming and comfortable.

You'll love the new Nova latex mattress, newly renovated bathroom and 50 inch TV.
The space
This studio is a good size and has been recently refurbished. The studio does not have a full kitchen but does have a small microwave and fridge.

The smart TV will connect to youtube, netflix and Binge. You can also cast to it from your phone.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to check in directly. The unit has it's own entrance. A key can be accessed from a key safe on the external entry door to the unit.

There is a shared laundry that you are welcome to use. The grassed area directly outside the unit is also a lovely space to sit and relax. Please do not go down the stairs into the pool area. The pool level is unfortunately under renovation at this time.
