Our charming cottage is nestled up on Waikanae Hill with beautiful views of the sea and Kapiti Island, located rurally and only a 3-4 minute drive to Waikanae cinema, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants, shops. A perfect location to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views, with the convenience of being so close to town.
Our cottage has a small kitchen with oven/air fryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, toaster etc and breakfast provisions are provided for every day of your stay. Make yourself a great coffee with the Italian coffee maker, a selection of teas are available too.
The lounge has comfortable couches, a smart TV and a selection of books, games for your entertainment.

Simply Beautiful!

My mother and I stayed over new years and were delighted with the property. The view was stunning and the area was nice and quiet. We both spoke about wanting to book it again in the future. Michelle was really friendly, and the place was more stoked than I’ve ever seen a b&b before. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect night stay for wedding

We booked this place to stay for the night as we had a wedding close by. The place was lovely and clean, owner was brilliant to deal with and had a surprise delivery of bread and milk which was appreciated for breakfast the next day. Fantastic view on the deck also. Highly recommend to all.

Magnolia Cottage January 2024

I stayed at Magnolia Cottage with my 16-year-old son for a short break from home. The cottage was easy to find, easy parking, a short drive to town and a really brilliant view of Kapiti Island. The cottage had everything that we needed including smart TV to keep the teenager pretty happy and chilled out for us both. A great little escape location. Thanks.
