The Space:

The large lounge room with TV and uninterrupted views of Victor Harbor and surrounds leads through to the bright spacious entertainer’s kitchen with electric cooking, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, pantry and wall mounted TV. Adjacent is the large dining area complete with wood combustion heater that overlooks the outdoor in-ground swimming pool and the landscape beyond.



Bedroom one consists of a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom that includes a vanity, walk in shower and toilet.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom three includes a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom four has a double bed and ceiling fan.



The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity basin. Outside in the enclosed courtyard is a bath to enjoy your surroundings.

Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer with access to outside.



Spend hours enjoying the beautiful in-ground solar heated swimming pool with views to die for or sit by the outdoor wood combustion heater watching your wood oven pizza cooking. Dine at the enormous concrete outdoor table undercover surrounded by nature. The front of the property has a landscaped lawn area for the children to play or for the more adventurous the sloping 5 acres is just waiting for you to explore.

The property is not securely fenced and there is a large driveway with car parking for several vehicles.
