What a horrible experience

Our stay can only be described as horrible. We stayed for 11 nights. During this time we did NOT have a working AC or a AC solution the entire time we stayed at the property. This was a business stay with 3 employees. I messaged back and forth with Cozysuites which had to be over 30 times via email and text messages to resolve the issue. The issue was never resolved and the manor in which the issue was approached was lacking in guest/customer service. It seemed like each day I was communicating with someone new and had to restart the discussion of the issue over and over again. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss further. I will be sharing my experience others. No guest should endor the experience and or the lack of solution given that we did. Weather they are on a business trip or on vacation.
