This place was very convenient for our trip we came to see the Fever and this home was very close to downtown. We really like the structure of the home with older Victorian features. Best part was sitting on the large porch at night, watching the locals pass by and enjoying the breeze. Water pressure great and all rooms unique. Area was an inner city neighborhood and cultured! Fun for our short trip!

The neighborhood is a bit questionable with some run down houses on the block, but we had no issues. Some supplies were sparse (1 box of kleenex, no towels in the kitchen) and random items (from previous renters??) were in drawers throughout the house. However, the space was great for us and the location was close to where we were going and there was a security system which helped us feel better. A good place to stay, given the notes above.
