The cottage was very homely and in a great location for 1000 Island and all the amenities It was beautifully furnished with all the facilities that we could need .Would thoroughly recommend the cottage to anyone.

Great stay!

This place was exactly as advertised. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Gananoque in a little village. It was very clean, everything was new & modern & there was lots of room.

Leeds Modern Home

We stayed for 1 night on our way back from New York. The place is renovated. Floors are high and low..kitchen is nice with all amenities. beds where supper comfortable..grass was high making it hard to get to the front porch. entrance is fine except the fire rated door has gaps in it where I suspect the ants are coming from. Sent my concerns to the owner and received a response a few days later stating the cleaners will take care of it??? Stairs are a concern..If these issues are repaired this will be a great vrbo.

It was not a great experience

Hello Bisman, We truly appreciate hospitality.We noticed how clean your house is.But there are a few things I'd like to bring to your notice.First, the bull frame that was hanging over the last bedroom suddenly collapsed on top of my family last night, which was a horrible experience.Fortunately, nobody was harmed, but things could have gone worse because it happened in the night when all were fast asleep. Kids were in that room, they could have got hurt. In addition, the toilet and bathroom fittings are extremely flimsy and aren't even strong enough to hold a toilet paper or towel.Trash bags and disposal guidelines weren't given.We bought garbage bags so we could get rid of them. The lawn grass were so tall that we were unable to use your backyard for our children's playtime. One last sughestion- the stairs are not kids friendly. There is a chance of an accident because there are gaps on the stairs. Thanks
