The large kitchen island with seating for four, a separate breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an open floor plan make for a very comfortable ...yet cozy environment. Fantastic outdoor space

Property was clean, had a great kitchen, comfortable family room and bedrooms. The pool/outdoor area was our favorite spot! Property manager was responsive. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Paradise awaits

Beautiful Home with Pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool especially! It was very clean, easy to get to, and close to everything we needed. Check in and out was easy, as the rental office was located just a few minutes away. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to visit Marco Island!

Your own little paradise

This home is beautiful! The backyard is simply paradise! Stunning tropical landscaping, comfortable patio furniture and the pool - I could have spent the whole week out there. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean overall and a wonderful, private backyard with heated pool and lanai. Location is right near the spots we wanted to go. The only thing for us is that the bed is much softer then what we are used to.

Fabulous House

Just perfect for us 3 ladies. The pool was so refreshing in the afternoon for cocktails. The backyard is surrounded by mature landscaping so there is plenty of privacy. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

Great stay. Peaceful. Didnt want to leave. Only issue was the trash left by the previous guest stank very badly, but that was not the fault of the property owners. "Best sleep of my life."

The home was perfect for our family. There were high quality cooking utensils and pots and pans available to use which made me feel right at home. The pool was a favorite and the perfect size to enjoy as a family. The home was well equipped with everything a traveler needs including beach towels. It was very clean when we arrived. The home sits on a busy street but is located near shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. All the comforts of home making for a great Marco Island vacation rental.

Overall experience was very good. Great location and walking distance to many places. Kitchen, living room and pool area were very nice. We did have issues with the pool however. Found glass in pool and a couple days later, algae. After calling the property manager, the pool maintenance guy came fairly quick and took care of the problems. We were also given a small refund for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Pool seating area is very nice however chase lounge cushions could use some attention or replacement. The bed mattresses are very soft, so if a firm mattress is important, these may not be comfortable .

Beautiful Property

My husband and I had a great stay. Beautiful property and was exactly what we were looking for, for our vacation get away. We had one thing that we had to notify them about (the master bedroom blind was not working, as we preferred to have it up so we had a view of the pool, as we do not have the luxury back at home) The blind was not fixed during our stay, which was a bummer but we understand. Would stay at the same property or other rental with them in the future.
