Ski season at Lighthouse Point - two bedroom, two bath top floor unit.
Modern with recent renovations, this unit offers open concept living/dining. Kitchen has been newly renovated with granite counters and KitchenAid appliances. Cozy up by the fireplace. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and guest room also has a full bath. Walk out to large balcony with panoramic views of Georgian Bay and beautiful sunsets.

Also included is a large exterior storage for skis, golf clubs and other gear. Free parking.

Tenants have use of large on-site recreation centre with indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre & games room. In the summer, guests can enjoy access to other amenities (tennis, pickleball, outdoor pools, private beach, kid's playground, mini putt, walking trails, water sports, etc.

Minutes from Blue Mountain, Village, Toronto Ski Club, Alpine, Cranberry Golf course, Monterra Golf course, etc.

Enjoy the many restaurants, festivals and activities in the area.

Due to city regulations, this condo must be rented for 30 days or more.

This is our favourite getaway from our busy lifestyle in the city. We have enjoyed skiing, hiking, going to different festivals, dining at the many restaurants at Blue and Collingwood. Sharing this beautiful community with other families is what we enjoy. Lighthouse Point has trails along the waterfront, tennis, pickleball, swimming at the many outdoor/indoor pools and beach, gym, etc.

We enjoy the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area with the its year around activities, festivals, events, restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, etc.

What makes this property unique

Waterfront property with gorgeous views of conservation area and Georgian Bay. Spectacular sunsets. Cozy two bedrooms and open concept dining room/kitchen/living. Great for family gatherings with a gas fireplace for winter warmth and BBQ for the summer sitting and enjoying the views from the balcony
