Grab your beach toys and wander down to the calm waters of GeoBay for swimming, SUPing and beach combing or cycle along the foreshore to Busselton town, the iconic Jetty or Dunsborough. Relax on the balcony, listening to the waves, or front or back porch with the use of the ice machine and BBQ. Alternatively you are a short cycle or drive to the many varied local bars, restaurants, wineries, breweries and family attractions.
You are a 5 min drive to 2 boat ramps to launch your fishing boat or jet ski.
With a spacious upstairs for a couple that need to escape from everyday, the rest of the family can enjoy the living space downstairs with TV and games.
Kitchen fully functional and indoor and outdoor dining table suitable for 8 guests, with dishwasher, oven ,microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, filtered water.
PLEASE NOTE : 4 day minimum before 14/12/2023 and after 01/02/2024 until 29/03/24
7 day minimum stay during WA school holidays

Amazing property!

We had a lovely stay at the home. Very welcoming, close to areas of Busselton, very responsive to our queries, nice backyard. Kids enjoyed the boardgames and large backyard, short walk to beach, short drive to Busso town and south west. Recommend for a nice, relaxing stay.

Great location and comfortable family home

We had a great 4 night stay with our kids at this Busselton/Broadwater home. Walking distance to beautiful beach and an easy 20 min bike ride into main Busselton jetty area. Hosts were really lovely and responsive. House clean, had a good feel about it and had what we needed. Lovely spot for a getaway.
