Situated on the stunning Geographe Bay this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home presents the ultimate getaway for both families and groups of friends ticking all the boxes in comfort and entertainment. With direct beach access and secluded from busy roads this home offers tranquility in one of the best locations the south west has to offer.
There are 3 separate living areas and a games area with pool table meaning you'll have space to relax or come together with friends and family.
Snuggle up in front of the cosy gas fire, watch movies in the home theatre, play a game of pool in the games room, or find a quite spot to read a book or just chill out!
There's ducted reverse cycle airconditioning throughout.
A spectacular, covered outdoor deck area is bathed in dappled sunshine in winter and perfectly shaded in summer.
The outdoor living includes outdoor dining, BBQ, beautiful trees and plenty of lawn for the kids to run and play.

Family getaway

Excellent property for our family of 10. Very close to beach and in a secluded location. There was a bed for everyone with three bathrooms and two lounges. We really enjoyed our time there.

This place was amazing. The house was a pefect layout for a comfortable stay with family. Equiped with everything needed. Great location to beach and city centre. Pool table was an added bonus for a fun time. Loved it

Fantastic family getaway

The house was lovely and equipped with everything we needed for a 3 day stay. There’s nothing quite like being down south in the cooler weather and the central heating and fireplace had us feeling warm and cosy. The location so close to the beach was gorgeous and we felt like we were miles away from anywhere yet we were still close to all the amenities we needed. It was a wonderful getaway and we’d definitely go back.

disappointing

Very disappointed to find the kitchen/living room floors dirty. Grounds not well looked after with ant infestation outside and inside. Ran out of gas halfway through cooking Sunday brunch , changed bottle over only to find the spare empty! No oven mits.

Beautiful House on the Beach

The house is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. It is very well appointed and spacious. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery for all 8 of us, including all the plastic stuff for children. We didn't cook much as we brought precooked food for the freezer plus our own slow cooker but there is a rice cooker etc there if you need it. We stayed during a chilly spell despite the sunshine but the heating was perfectly adequate and there are lots of throws for sitting on the couch. Beds were comfortable as were all the couches. The location is amazing, literally 2 minutes to get on the beach where we spent most of the time fishing and playing with the kids on the sand. The property is on a very small access road with minimal traffic so it was very safe for the kids to play out the front too. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and serene

Perfect location and apt name for this property. Loved how secluded it is regardless of having houses on either side of us. Very peaceful and kids enjoyed the amenities (pool table, spa baths, tv access and internet). Located close enough to all shops. Not too far and not too close. All utensils and dishes, pots, pans and serving platters readily available with a great choice of appliances. Bring some coffee beans! Theres a coffee machine! Overall lovely place to stay and definitely recommend. Thankyou Seclusion on the Bay for this wonderful visit.
