Quiet and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath house featuring a wrap around deck, seasonal stream running through the property into a beautiful private pond. Sit with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the stream ripple over the rocks and watch the wildlife in the backyard. STUNNING views of the MOUNTAINS and GOLF COURSE. Interior features an open concept living space with wood floors, and wood burning stove. A beautiful and NEWLY RE-MODELED KITCHEN features new stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops and all the latest amenities! There are TWO Dining Areas; one in the kitchen and one in adjacent dining area. TWO Living areas; one has new pit group around a 55 inch 4K flat screen television and DVD player for entertainment, the other is a comfortable leather couch that makes out into a queen sleeper and a chair facing the mountain view and the wood burning stove! The downstairs bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed and private entry into the adjacent downstairs bathroom. Upstairs features a bedroom with queen bed, walkout deck and view of Mt. Princeton. Large laundry room includes full size washer and dryer with lots of storage. Single car garage is available mainly for storage of skis, fishing equipment, etc. There is a gas grill on the lower deck.

Beautiful, perfect location. Home is clean and very comfortable. The host was immediately available when we accidentally locked ourselves out... The home is right on an 18-hole golf course which was closed for the winter, but the views of the mtns from the home and golf course trails are spectacular. Buena Vista has some great restaurants— 40minute walk to the center of town/restaurants. All in all we loved our stay; it was perfect!

We absolutely loved it here. The house is so cozy and relaxing and the hosts could not have been any more gracious and communicative! It had everything we needed. We were in town to visit our daughter who is working at the Trail West Lodge, and this hose was so convenient to her and the cute little town of Buena Vista. Also, just a short drive to Breckenridge, which we loved. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip! You won’t be disappointed.

Great for a weekend golfing getaway

Communication with property owner was easy and pleasant. We were able to walk up to the golf course which was very convenient. Short drive into town to enjoy the great restaurants and river front.

We made some great memories dining at the kitchen island and outside on the patio. We stopped at City Market and used the key card to fill the refrigerator. All the utensils we needed to cook on the outdoor grill with the babbling brook to listen to while flipping burgers

Great Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay in Buena Vista. This cabin had everything we needed, was well stocked, and had incredible views of the mountains. Check-in was smooth, owner responded right away to any questions, and the house was very clean. This Florida family hopes to come back soon!

Great place to stay and relax on the deck watching the golfers. Were greeted most mornings by deer grazing near the house. Very close to town but still rural enough to enjoy the surroundings.
