A Parisian apartment where life is good, sunny to have breakfast on the balcony, a large bathtub to relax in.

You will arrive at this cozy nest after walking up a staircase dating from 1870.
The building is located on a very trendy street in the Oberkampf district.
A few steps from Bastille, the Marais, the Place des Vosges. A large selection of the city's trendiest restaurants, bars and bakeries.
If you are a gourmet or you like to stroll on the terrace this is the ideal place.
You will be immersed in a real Parisian atmosphere far from the tourists.
The location is amazing and very accessible.
Little icing on the cake, the street is pedestrian and quiet. It will undoubtedly be lively during the Olympic Games.

The location is very well served, taxis will drop you off in front of the building and bus 96. Several metro lines are available to you. Line 3, 5, 9, 8 and 9 minutes walk away the Metro in République serves line 11. The RER is a few metro stations away, as are the train stations and the airports.

You will be able to visit Paris and its monuments easily and travel with ease to the different Olympic sites.

We enjoyed staying at this property! It is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We took public transportation during our stay, and it was very easy to access.Only disappointment was that the AC unit was not working and it was very hot at the first day. But we had great cooler weather the rest of week, so it was not as bad as it could've been. The host was kind enough to let us in earlier that check in time, which helped our travel logistics between arrival time and reservations and we were able to enjoy the city of Paris without any stress!
