This large studio, 29 m2 on the ground, duplex with a large mezzanine, a real bathroom, a large kitchen area, a beautiful office area and its large convertible sofa will make you feel in a comfortable and cozy apartment.
It is ideally located in the heart of the historic Marais district.
Completely renovated in September 2011, it has been carefully decorated and has all the modern conveniences, dishwasher, washer-dryer, television with foreign channels, and WIFI internet connection. This studio offers you two very good quality beds: On the pretty mezzanine a thick two-seater mattress and below, a contemporary, luxurious sofa, convertible into a double bed.
This non-smoking studio is on the 2nd floor of an old building, typical of the Marais with a very high ceiling. Without vis-à-vis, it adjoins the very famous department store Bazaar of the Town Hall and you will find the town hall square below. It offers rare clarity, in the center of Paris. A few minutes on foot, you can discover: Place des Voges, Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, the Louvre Museum, the Sainte-Chapelle, Île Saint Louis, the Quays of the Seine and its booksellers. By metro, bus or RER, you can get to: the Musée d'Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, the Château de Versailles, Eurodisney (RER B). ""

The location was excellent for walking, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything in the bathroom worked. Window on street was lovely and quiet. Paul was accessible for help. The apartment was workable but somewhat uncomfortable. Chairs and sofa were not comfortable. Bed was okay.

We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. Paul made check in (and out) super easy. The location couldn’t be beat. We could step out the door and either wander the streets nearby to enjoy the many awesome shops or jump in the metro, also steps from the front door) and be at the Louvre in minutes. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied so that we could enjoy treats we had picked up, eating by the large windows as we watched the world go by outside. I’ve slept on more comfortable beds than the pull out couch but was so tired from long days wandering Paris that it wasn’t a big deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this studio for your stay in Paris.

Location, Location, Location!

We loved our stay and can't say enough about the great location in Le Marais! We could easily walk or take a tram wherever we needed to go. Plenty of eateries, cafes, and shopping nearby. The apartment was very clean and well equipped as described. As mentioned in other comments, in the loft with the bed, you cannot stand due to the low ceiling, but the bed is comfortable and there is plenty of floor space. I would recommend staying here if you have the chance!

Very convenient and cozy place

The appointment is at a such convenient and centrol location, just outside the M1 metro. The host is very nice and pleasant to communicate. Cozy and French style appointment, has everything we need. If has a bit more storage shelves would be even better. Highly recommend.
