The linens had stains on it, and pillowcases with hair. Requested new linens and pillow cases and was given. The shower was absolutely horrendous! Contacted host about the orange and black stains on the shower floor! Nothing was done and was told it was normal. The amenities listed included washer, but when asked to use it was told it wasn’t available. Just came from a tubing trip up near grand river and wanting to wash clothes was one of the reasons I booked the place. Lastly, the room was connected to another tenants room and was only separated by a door, which would result in going into someone else’s place. Terribly inconvenient! Was noisy, when people talk can hear everything. The wifi also signal was poor, takes while to load anything. Overall, for paying 200 for two nights, I would’ve rather paid a little more and stayed at the Hilton or the sandman at a much nicer place instead of this place! Pictures was deceiving.

The studio apt was clean but the uncomfortable bed and bed linens were very shabby. The pillows were lumpy. There was no where to sit other than 2 bar stools facing a shelf on the wall..A luggage rack would have been useful for unpacking a suitcase..a night table for my husband's CPAP breathing machine would have been nice. The coffee maker was useless with no coffee or even mugs. There were only 2 towels in the bath room ..no hand towels or shower mat..shampoo and hand soap were in very minimal amounts... Lack of a TV forced us to spend the evening in a local restaurant. The adjoining unit was occupied and we could clearly hear their conversations through the walls til midnight. The air conditioning was very cold with the one very flimsy comforter. Not a good experience. We wouldn't stay there again.

It’s nice and quite clean area and more desirable to leave in Kitchener is Idle wood.

What makes this property unique

This unit is almost new and have modern amenities. All in good working condition. House located in most desirable area to leave in Kitchener. We have heated bathroom floor with side separated entry and exit. It’s a family home so you might hear family some time but not Lauder. No kids in the house all mature people. Unit have two fridges. One full and one bar fried. Have microwave, have electric fire place which does have heating option too. This fire place have multiple colour and mod options to select.
