Property owner was there just in case we needed him , all the amenities in the facility were Very nice, we had. Everything we needed. Patio was very enjoyable with the twinkly lights, fire pit, cutest little home ever!! We will be back !! Very walkable to downtown salem.

Perfect location!

This wonderful, comfortable, clean, lovely place was perfect for our stay. Two separate bedrooms gave us privacy. It was very close to downtown Salem but just far enough away that you didn't feel like you were crammed into a nook downtown. Very nice host and good communication. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

The property was nice, the hostes was great but dont recommend to anyone that has difficulty going up and down stairs. The place is close to every where you want to go including a few beaches. Plus for me.

Great place and great location

This place was exactly how it was described and we had no issues during our stay. Communication with the liaison was excellent. The only thing I wanted to pass along was the stairs down into the basement space were very narrow. Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect for a Family Wedding Weekend

Perfect stay, so close to everything. We had a family wedding in Salem and were a quick jaunt to the other hotels for events, restaurants, and downtown walks and sites. House was exactly as stated and clean. Very quiet too.

Great little home away from home

My husband and I spent five days exploring the greater area of Boston, Salem, and Sandwich. This little abode offered a fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and accessibility to the recreational trail. This trail will take you to downtown Salem or Marblehead. Consider bringing your bicycles to explore the path. The hosts were remarkable and accommodating with our two dogs.

A wonderful vacation stay

We booked this rental for a 5 day stay in Salem. We were in close enough proximity to the Salem historic sites that we walked downtown three of the four days we spent exploring downtown Salem. The owners live on the property and greeted us daily while working in their beautiful yard. Check-in/Check-out was simple. Instructions/access details were emailed and texted to us several days prior to our reservation date. We had a phenomenal vacation in Salem and resting comfortably every evening after our adventures was a contributing factor to that. Should we make it back to this area would happily stay there again!

Great spot

Great place to stay to see Salem. It was only a few minutes from downtown and had free on street parking. My only criticism would be that each room had a small A/C unit rather than central air, so during the hotter summer months it might be harder to keep cool. The owner was very nice and was on the property a few of the days we were there working outside and in the other units.

Amazing Salem Rental

We had a great experience at this rental. Oman site owner is super nice and helpful. Photos are very accurate! This spot is walkable to all of Salem and close to easy food and grocery. The rental was super clean, tidy, comfortable, and very thoughtfully designed. 10/10 recommend!

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean!

My husband and I brought our 7-month old Aussie Shepherd to stay in Salem for the weekend for a convention and had the best time. This rental is absolutely perfect for Salem visitors. It was amazingly clean, had a kitchen and amenities. Because it opens into a full privacy fenced-in backyard, we felt super safe there. There were plenty of places to park and the owner was very helpful and gracious. The walk to downtown was actually really nice! There is a well-let, wide open pathway that goes from the back road at the property straight into downtown but with none of the noise and city life. I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

Beautiful Getaway

The property was beautiful, and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, the sink wasn't dispensing properly, but when we contacted the owner, he quickly arrived and taught us how to use it (it was just user error lol). Despite the record heat, the ACs worked well and kept us cool! Parking was easy just across the street. Thank you for the great spot to rest and relax!

Very Romantic Place

It was my anniversary. The place was very romantic, quiet, completely secluded, and very comfortable. My husband and I had a lot of fun, as if we were actually on the first day of marriage. We also enjoyed the large backyard...and at the same time, the location is close to many food stores, as well as close to the down town. I don't think I will choose another place when I spend my next wedding anniversary.
