Enjoy some of your stay relaxing in the living room or outside in the screened lanai while enjoying the long water canal view which leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The oversized master suite which also accesses the lanai, boasts multiple closets, master bath with tall cabinetry, new walk-in shower and several closets. The guest bedrooms having a queen size bed and twins making it comfortable for guests to visit or traveling with family. Cooks will enjoying preparing meals in this modern kitchen with lots of prep area and a beautiful granite island table.

The phenomenal grounds offer many recreational opportunities. There is also ample parking throughout the community and elevators inside the building. There are stores, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance from the complex. You have a choice of playing tennis, swimming and then soaking in the hot tub or going fishing off the boat docks. Or spend an afternoon grilling in any of the BBQ grills throughout the grounds. This community also features a clubhouse with free amenities including a full fitness center! There is simply so much to do here! There are many outside activities as well, including water sports, boating, sailing, fishing and walking along the trails overlooking the lush tropical grounds. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
