Beautiful home nestled in the woods on a high hill with a view of USAFA, the front range and Pikes Peak. Lots of room for a large family gathering.

Lovely home and hosts

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home with gorgeous views in a quiet neighborhood. It was well-stocked with all the essentials and more! We especially enjoyed the coffee bar. Beth and Tim are gracious, generous hosts, with excellent communication and attentive care for the home and guest comfort. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Exactly what we wanted

We had an awesome time at the Expansive Monument Home. The location felt like we were in the mountains but it was still so conveniently close to the town. Each room had its own charm, fully furnished and equipped with all we needed. The staff were so helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect house for a girls trip!

This house was amazing. Stocked with everything we needed, the outdoor areas were great to hang out in, and plenty of space and areas to hangout inside. Furnished like a real house not a cheap rental! Check in and check out were very easy and the host was available if we needed anything. Definitely will book again!

Wonderful home !

We stayed here on a girls trip. The house is very accommodating with everything that you need for a lovely Stay. The home is huge on a great piece of property. The furnishings ,bedding and towels are high-quality. The home is tastefully and thoughtfully done. Location is beautiful and peaceful. We had great weather and loved spending time on all of the patios and decks. We can’t wait to come back!
