This house was perfect for three families which included a total of ten. The location was perfect for our two little fishermen who really enjoyed the local lakes. The setting and views were beautiful and we enjoyed the easy access to activities in Colorado Springs. We also had three members with Celiac who appreciated all the gluten free options in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with great views and fun area! We took advantage of the pickleball courts very nearby as well as the hiking trails. Generally a wonderful place for a large family getaway!

House and property was beautiful but the housekeeping needed some help. Crumbs, dirty floors, trash under couches and stains on some things. I cleaned what I could and we just dealt with the rest. There were a few broken items but the host said she would have them fixed immediately just didn't happen while we were there. We would definitely stay again. I just hope they take more time to clean between guests and be more thorough.

Beautiful and so clean! Loved the deck and watching the trains snake by...and my family played every game provided! Very comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of spices provided and having refrigerators on every floor was amazing. Hot tub was great and there was plenty of space for our family of 13 ranging in age from 2-85 to have wonderful time. Monument has a wonderful park, and we always love nearby Manitou Springs. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home !!

Family get together for USAFA graduation

This house is great for large families with plenty of space and bedrooms to spread out. The extra ammenities with game room, sauna, exercise room and hot tub were a great feature. We all enjoyed the beautiful views and the trains that would come and go throughout the day and night. Perfect spot to be in the middle of Colorado springs and Castle Rock for travel and visit. Also, loved the easy walk/run path around Palmer Lake for getting outside and enjoying the nature close to the house. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great home away from home

My family was in town for a wedding and we had a wonderful time at this home. We walked each morning to the coffee shop via bridge over the railroad. Wonderful views are as incredible as the home itself. Very - Very spacious! With lost of opportunity for different groups to gather with seperation.

Family summer vacation

We went to Colorado Springs for our summer vacation with our 4 sons and their girlfriends. The house is huge, well designed and well appointed. Everyone had a great time! We definitely recommend the house to large groups. The host, Kaitlyn, is very responsive and answers any question quickly. Five stars!!

Perfect layout for multigenerational group

Loved the view off upper deck, saw a brown bear, cinnamon bear and many deer. Perfect layout for grandparents on main level and parents and kids on lower levels. Fished, did crafts, a birthday party and a couple sightseeing tours. Cons: were spa/weight machine not working the whole trip.

Group of 12 - enjoyed our stay. House was very spacious. Plenty of room for both adults and kids. Plenty of entertainment for kids. Kitchen is that of a cooks heaven. House included all essentials. Would recommend and book again. Grocery stores and Walmart nearby. Only thing I would note is that the drive way is steep and the house was about a 2 hr drive each way for all the activities we had planned.

House was great but numerous issues. All 5 of the propane gas tanks were empty so we were unable to use the gas grill and firetables as planned. My son had to go by a new propane tank just so we could cook dinner. Took 2 days to get new gas tanks & the regulator issue was never fixed. The grill was absolutely filthy & worn out & needs to be replaced.Kitchen is very poorly appointed. 1 dish towel, terribly beat up pots & pans. No aluminum foil. No Ziploc bags. No coffee filters. 6 pods of coffee. A tiny travel size of dishwasher soap. Not enough towels for all of these bathrooms & for the number of people that the house can hold we had 2 bath towels in the master. I had to do laundry multiple times.Garage was filthy w/dirt all over the floor that was tracked into the house. Someone needs to sweep out the garage. We had to mop the floors numerous times. When I would communicate issues to the text message, it sounded very robotic like it was an automated message with AI. Just word salad apologies but no one called me back. The Wi-Fi is completely insufficient for the number of TVs in the home & the number of people the home can hold. It was terribly slow or did not work at all. You need multiple Wi-Fi connections in this house.One of the game machines did not work. I sent pictures & someone responded that “their team” would take care of it but nothing ever happened. Also, the basketball machine does not work. You shouldn’t have these items in the description if it doesn’t work

A wonderful place that may need better maintenance.

The location and house are great. Very peaceful and great access to the lake and activities in the area. The main issue is that several aspects of the appliances, furniture and rooms were either not working, broken or not put together well. The house is high end and great as is some of the appliances, so I would have expected better quality of furniture in some cases and better maintenance of what they have.An example, one of the freezer refrigerators had some sort of ice machine issue (there are actually 3 refrigerator/freezers, 2 large and one small). There was frozen water everywhere inside and water was dripping on the floor when we arrived at the house. I texted the manager and gave permission for maintenance to come. They never came. Granted, this was close to the July 4 holiday, so lots of people weren't working, but I suspect they have a maintenance company/person issue. They are not reliable.Luckily, the main freezer/refrigerator was fine, so we just unplugged the one by the game room and let it thaw. I put towels down. In general, I don't mind this sort of thing, but I also shouldn't have to help them maintain the property. There were similar issues with other furniture, the pool table, the gravel by the driveway, etc. This is a large property with a lot of moving parts, so they need good maintenance.There were other relatively minor to modest issues, but we all still really enjoyed our stay. It was a great house for a large group.

Problems from before check-in. A month before checkin saw previous reviews said refrigerators had ice problems. Was told ice could be purchased at local store. (Very professional) Arrived on Monday. Refrigerator on middle floor didn't have water hookup for ice, upper floor refrigerator made but didn't dispense ice. Grill was left dirty. Lights in bathroom of lower level would not light. Bed lower level left much to be desired. Freezer in small lower level refrigerator has ice buildup. Kuerig had broken water reservoir. Beanbag had rip so spilled out. One side of upper floor bed wouldn't adjust and mattress poor. Carpet throughout home not cleaned. Stained or dirty clearly visible. Wednesday new Kuerig was delivered-had to change plans to accept the shipment. Technician cleaned grill, fixed electrical so bed moved it lights still not working. Thursday, technician dispatched to fix lights but not first thing am. Again plans changed to accept technician when he arrived. Middle floor dryer wouldn't dry. Both fixed late afternoon. All in all, beautiful home, location and view. Repairs could have been more timely. Cleaning crew cleaned the visible but not corners, etc.
