* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.

(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)

* The following vehicles are not allowed: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, E-Bikes, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.



Enter condo C603 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 6th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, fitness room, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!



This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.



All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

The condo was in excellent condition, updated and had a great time until the threat of hurricane Helene shorted our stay.

The condo was recently updated with excellent amenities, coffee maker, a Keurig with a nice washer/drier and 2 very roomy and updated bathrooms and showers. The 6th floor balcony afforded a great view of the gulf and sunsets. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Location is nice. Beach and ocean are A. Lots of restaurants on beach and great food. The complex is built on a hill from beach, so once you walk up from beach there are more wooded steps to climb. Wooded steps east of complex need to be replaced. Kitchen pots/pans need to be replaced. Could have a few more essentials in kitchen. Otherwise, condo is pretty and feels coastal. Lots of security on property. Beach service is a must and nice that’s it’s included. The HOA wanted to spray for pests week we stayed, but property owner cancelled it after our ask. Beach is private and we liked that. Husband caught fish from shore and we enjoyed a fish meal in condo.

The stay in C603 was very relaxing and the condo recently updated made our stay very comfortable.

The C603 condo was very nice and recently updated. The bathrooms were also updated and the entire condo very clean. All of the appliances were in excellent shape, which added to our experience, since the weather was a little cool in February. One thing the condo could use is additional lighting in the main living room space. There was also no lights above the dining table, which makes things a little dark. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

What makes this property unique

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse. There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo. The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded! All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
