This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski in/ski out condo at the base of Peak 9 is located in the historic Village at Breckenridge. The Village is only a five-minute walk from Breckenridge's lively and historic Main Street and is directly on the town's excellent bike path. This cozy and fully stocked unit sleeps up to 8 and is perfect for families or larger groups. The fully renovated unit features a gas fireplace, luxe furnishings, and an abundance of kitchen appliances. Stay in the condo and snuggle up by the fire after a full day of adventures or skiing, or pop out to town for shopping, dining, nightlife, and more.


These ski in/ski out (hike in/out in the summer) accommodations are perfectly situated at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resorts QuickSilver chair lift and steps away from the Rocky Mountains most incredible and diverse terrain for skiers and riders of all levels. The Village is steps from historic Main Street, providing the best access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Bordered by the White River National Forest, the serene Maggie Pond, the trout-filled Blue River, and the world class ski runs of Breckenridge Resort, the Village has something for everyone, in every season!


On-site parking is limited and paid on property at the rate of $25/night from the months of May to October and $50/night from November to April. Parking rates are always subject to change. For confirmation on the rate during your stay, please contact our property directly. If parking is not available during your stay, our staff can direct you to overnight parking lots located off-property.


Just outside the circle is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.
