Overall a very nice experience. The majority of the glass sliding doors do not work, so that would be a nice update for the owner. The rooftop is closed because of redoing the stairs, but I did get compensation back for that which was very appreciated. Overall an amazing stay.

Great location. Steps to the beach. Large driveway accommodates several vehicles. 2 large bedrooms on second level and a nice bunk room for kids. Downstairs bedroom is significantly smaller than the 2 upstairs and the bathroom that serves this room is open to the living room. Both the bedroom (barn door) and bathroom doors on the main level do not lock. Large kitchen, dining and living room space was perfect for large groups. Large outdoor decks were lovely for sitting and enjoying the ocean view. Decking and railings show wear and tear from the elements. Use caution when traveling with small children or toddlers. Host was contacted regarding the temperature of the water in showers. It got very hot and needed to be turned down several times while bathing.

Our family loved staying here! Some of our favorite things about this house were the easy beach access, the cozy seating area on the porch, and the family room area. We had a wonderful time, and we look forward to staying here again!

The house was in a great location, the beach was beautiful, parking was good, adn the house served its purpose. The house however is due for some improvements. The living room sofa is pretty worn but comfortable, and it can certainly use to be cleaned. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Every sliding door to the beach is in need of repair though the wood blocks do work to lock the doors. In the primary bathroom, the sink cabinet is loose. We found enough silverware and other kitchen needs but the house cold certainly benefit from some better glasses, dishes, bowls - basically a new set of dishes and a set of glasses would go a long way.The deck not under roof is in bad shape and needs to be replaced like you have replaced the decking on the runway to the beach. For the price we paid I expected the outdoor furniture to be a little better; largely plastic seats, a couple of plastic rockers. The table and bar height pair of chairs were good. The outdoor sofa was so stained I was uncomfortable sitting on it. Given the environment, I can understand the sliding doors not working great, but overall, a relatively small investment in cleaning, small fixes, and better accedssories would go a long way.

Amazing

We were hesitant to splurge for a place right on the beach but wow! This was so worth it. The views from every room were great, and the convenience of being able to watch the kids play all day in the sand while we were on the porch or even in the living room was so nice. Communication with the property manager was perfect.

A great stay overall

The location and house was perfect and clean! It had plenty of space for all of us. There were only a few minor things I would say need improvement. The balls on the curtain rods weren’t all on the curtains so if you pulled the shades the whole rod would fall and hit someone in the head. The only other thing was the closets were full of stuff. When you come somewhere for a week, it is nice to unpack your things. Also, it was originally advertised that there was a grill and there wasn’t one. Other than that, it was great! We would stay there again!

Location was wonderful. We were two families with 5 children ages 4-10. Kids (and parents ) loved how easy it was to go in and out from the beach to the house. Kids loved the bunk beds. Large living room and couch made for a comfortable stay and space for relaxing together. Views of the beach from the house were beautiful. There was a clog in the kitchen sink from previous stays and the hosts were prompt in getting it fixed. The process was minimally invasive and didn’t negatively impact our stay. Would recommend!
