Great stay

Very nice one bedroom apartment , very modern with plenty of restaurants and pubs very close , we will be back loved it.

Great Stay

Prime location near bus stops that quickly get you to Sydney CBD, great apartment, we had no issues with the property and simple check in and check out process. Would recommend!

Disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE! Filthy carpets, rugs, and furniture showing a thick layer of pet hair and dirt. Absolutely unbearable stench of dirt and dogs throughout. The toilet had pubic hair in the bowl and diarrhoea stains under the seat. We had to leave and find alternate accomodation, there was no way you could stay due to the smell and state of the place. Despite numerous calls to the host, we received no response.

Good comfortable accommodation. Some mould and water damage in bathroom. Car park we paid for was used by someone else for one night which was very inconvenient. Need to ensure if you pay for parking that you can park there

Black mould in bathroom

The place was actually very good except for extensive black mould in the bathroom. I raised it with the property manager and they told me this was the first they’d heard of it, which seemed hard to believe given it was cleaned prior to our arrival and the mould was quite extensive. The manager only seemed to think a 10% refund would be appropriate, which we were underwhelmed with considering we didn’t want to take our baby into the bathroom at all for bathing and had to arrange to bathe him at our family’s house around the corner which was inconvenient. Suffice to say, we never would have booked if we’d known about the mould. We were willing to accept that things happen but a 10% refund given how understanding we were seemed like a slap in the face.A real shame as otherwise the place was nice and in a good location. I wouldn’t risk booking here as they don’t seem to be too worried about the health risks
