Great place just nine miles from the bridge. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was great having two living spaces to hang out and a great kitchen for breakfast.

Things were fine except for cleanliness. Sheets had stains, towels had stains. Pillows were old and yellow from sweat with no pillow protectors. Doors around knobs and trim around doors appear to be never cleaned in years. Property is nice to stay at but very low effort to keep things clean. At the very least the bed has to be clean to get some sleep. The home is for sale so I imagine this is only listed for a quick buck and the owner is not in for the long haul being a top host. Owner said he plans to replace things that I mentioned.

Affordability and Proximity

Close to the border and affordable. Able to accomodate 7 adults. I like that all beds are queen size except one room. I hope it was a queensize bed too. The lower level can be another living space.
