We’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we respect your decision to leave. 🙏 🌲 Regarding the odor reported during the stay, the area was experiencing wildfire smoke conditions and a province-wide air-quality alert at the time. When you contacted us, we responded promptly and suggested opening the available window for ventilation and offered air freshener as an immediate option to help make the space more comfortable. 🏡 We take cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort very seriously. The concerns raised were communicated to our team so they could be inspected and addressed. We also appreciate feedback because it gives us an opportunity to continually improve the experience we provide. 📍 Our home is located near downtown Windsor, providing convenient access to Caesars Windsor, the riverfront, restaurants, grocery shopping, entertainment and other downtown attractions. As with many urban downtown locations, guests may encounter people from many different walks of life in the surrounding community. 💙 We have had the privilege of welcoming many guests who have enjoyed the home's convenient location, value, amenities and our responsive communication. We remain committed to being available to our guests and addressing concerns as quickly as possible. We’re sorry this particular stay wasn't the right fit, and we sincerely wish you all the best in your future travels. 🙏✨

We completely understand that scent sensitivity varies, and we’re always happy to remove or unplug them upon request. ❄️ AC & Basement Noises: The AC unit can be heard when running, especially during high cooling cycles in extreme weather. As for the basement sounds, Windsor homes (especially older builds) can have natural vent and duct expansion noises. We’ve had no safety concerns reported, but we appreciate you bringing it up and will continue monitoring it for guest comfort. 🛏️ Beds: Each bed includes a supportive mattress base with an added foam topper for extra comfort, as many guests prefer a softer feel. That said, we understand comfort is personal and are reviewing bedding upgrades. 🧻 Supplies: We provide starter essentials for every stay. If at any time something is running low, we’re always just a message away and happy to deliver more right away 🚚✨ We’re glad you chose to stay with us and truly value your input.
