I stayed one night for the marathon and it was super clean and quiet. It was a perfect stay for the event.
A great stay at a perfect location for us. Our host, Amanda was great to deal with and very accommodating. The suite was small but very functional for our needs, including a very comfortable bed and top notch everything.
We enjoyed our stay so much. The room was delightful in a gorgeous neighborhood steps to the rose garden, Craigdorrach Castle and lovely neighborhood cafes. It was a short distance to the beach and downtown Victoria. The host was very responsive and communication was great.
We had a great stay here. The room was exactly as described. Amanda was an excellent host. She checked in on us during our stay and always replied quickly to messages. The room was very clean and there were extra supplies in the closet (tissues, towels, toilet paper, etc).

Amanda was very attentive with the messages. The room had every amenity, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, kettle etc.Beautiful garden suite and only steps from the castle and government house. Quiet and safe neighbourhood
The room was clean and the location was in close proximity to the Jubilee Hospital. Great shower. The only problem I had was that I was cold. I'm from the Kamloops area and not used to damp. She had a wonderful Nespresso machine, but I prefer regular coffee in the am. I could have asked, but I didn't want to impose. It is a beautiful property. I definitely will recommend this spot for future travelers.
Quiet…very well appointed decor. No television. There is a …Microwave small bar fridge lots of supplies coffee tea and condiments …except no hand wash dish liquid. Used hand liquid soap dispenser in bathroom to wash some dishes and mugs. No heat or A/C control in the room. Sink used was the bathroom sink. To fill coffee dispenser and kettle. Lots of assorted bedding … bed was absolutely dreamy very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of pillows and bedding …there is an iron and iron board and covered garbage plus covered recycle disposal containers in the room. Expected supplies for coffee tea etc were there. No table to sit at for small breakfast. Bar fridge on the floor. Microwave in stand on bottom shelf of stand near the floor. Lots of towels facecloths etc. He was very accessible as a host … quick to reply and simplistic in coding details. Making it very comfortable to come and go. We are an older couple and he allowed us a tardy delay of leaving while we slowly packed our car. Lovely area in which the beautiful home was located. Close to our favourite tourist stop . This spot being Craigdorrach Castle. You could hear the birds singing every morning. The scented wooded area filling our room each night.
The room was immaculate and tastefully furnished. Amanda was a really friendly and attentive host— she went out of her way to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect as we needed to be near the hospital, and desired a quiet neighborhood (at the same time it is close to shopping, tourist attractions and restaurants.) Everything was great… comfy bed etc. We did not need to cook, but while there were dishes and microwave available, doing much cooking and eating in the room would be challenging. The room was over all very comfortable. We could not control our own heating either up or down… but the host did offer to adjust for us. We recommend it.
This place was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again. It was so lovely and central to everything I wanted to do.

I am very outgoing and love the great outdoors but also all things food, music and adventure!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is unique in that it is so close to all amenities but is devoid of all the noises and traffic that come with living in a capital city. It has unique Garry Oaks that are native to Vancouver Island. The government house gardens are a stones throw away and have the most stunning roses and flowers.
This perfect for an early morning stroll or a evening picnic in the park.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique in that it is located in a residential neighborhood but is private and quiet. Think of it as an all-to-yourselves hotel room adorned with charm and consideration,
