Property was very clean upon arrival (besides the filters-those were desperately dirty). Kitchen was not as stocked as I hoped-for example no pot holders, and we were only given a small roll of paper towels and no napkins. For a family of four eating meals at home, that was not enough. Was nice to have access to a grill. Loved the pool and private beach access and town house was very spacious. Would definitely stay again in Bay Creek.

The vents need to be cleaned and the cobwebs need to be removed from the corners of the ceiling.The garage door does not Close the first time you press it. So I guess it’s safe to say that the garage door and the garage door opener are not working properly.

We "Seas the Day" all weekend!

Me, my husband and our lab enjoyed a wonderful long weekend. The house was quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. We love the beach at Bay Creek. I will definitely mark this as a favorite so we can stay here again.

The second bedroom is an open loft to the rest of the place. The parking is for two vehicles with no parking on the road. There was an extra cost to the rental company on top of the VRBO fees which makes this property quite expensive for what it is quoted. Quiet neighborhood and location is perfect to town.
