Privately tucked away among shady trees on a peaceful dirt road, this charming house offers a tranquil retreat that seamlessly blends modern comforts with natures ambiance. Located in close proximity to both Rye Township and stunning beaches, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property combines the best of both worlds, with secluded privacy and the vibrance of the local township. Off road boat and car parking available.

Guests are greeted by a contemporary style kitchen featuring modern finishes, ample cooking equipment, and quality appliances. The adjacent dining area provides an inviting space to gather and enjoy meals with family and friends. Cosy lounges offer comfortable seating and seasonal climate control, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the peninsula. The living spaces extend to an outdoor deck and living area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that allows guests to BBQ and dine overlooking the garden.

The house offers 4 well-appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for family and friends. The master bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, split AC and TV. There is another queen room with AC, and 2 rooms with tri bunks, one with a TV and AC.

The fully enclosed backyard offers a private haven where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors, while kids play securely. The Mornington Peninsula is home to world class wineries and 9 of Australia’s top 50 golf courses. The peninsula hot springs are located just a few minutes away, together with family friendly beaches, spectacular surf beaches, and an abundance of national parklands.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

Wonderful Little Getaway

We checked in for a few days and didn’t want to leave.. the home and backyard was amazing and left us wanting more time there. Will definitely come back .
