Perfect spot for a weekend in Orange

We had a great few days in Orange staying at this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed and was very conveniently located, about 5-10 mins walk into town.

Beautiful home in a central location. Clean and comfortable. Fully fenced backyard and even a dog door for our dog. Great rooms suitable for our older kids, but also noticed toys and books suitable for little ones.

Lovely dog friendly cottage

This comfortable cottage has so many thoughtful extra touches. Everything you could ever need for both dogs and children and plenty of books and games for adults too. We were travelling with our dogs and were pleasantly surprised by all the doggy supplies! Very secure yard too. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Wonderful presentation had everything we needed and a great enclosed yard for the dogs. We tried hard to find a fault but the only fault we could find on the whole weekend was the weather.Well done we will be back.Kelvin & Evy

The host was very calculated in not addressing our issue which we brought to his attention the early morning of the day of our check-in day,which we didn't even stay at due to circumstances beyond our control.The host failed to respond to my urgent request until late that evening after I again brought it to his attention which he then said it was to late to rebook. Had he responded when first being made aware,we feel he had an opportunity to rebook,instead only offering a discount on another booking if we chose to stay again.

Unfortunately there was no way I would have been able to give you a refund as you were due to arrive the same day you requested a refund. There is no hotel or short term rental that I know would allow this. My prompt response would not have changed your situation. Disaster

The only check in info we received was an address. We arrived at the property at 4 pm. There was no one there and we had no way to contact the owner. Eventually we found a phone number and message facility on the stayz site. We got no response from either until 7.30. Apparently we should have received a text giving the access info the day befor our arrival. We got nothing but an address The owner gave us an apology and a partial refund

Well located property short 10-15 min walk to town/restaurants etc. enclosed garden for dog which was great. Charger for Car was handy but narrow driveway. Rooms were good size. Would use again
