About the host

You will be staying in my Christchurch base when I am there - chosen for it's peaceful setting close to the river and biking / walking driving routes to many aspects of the city from the beach (15 minute drive) to the CBD (10 minutes)
Why they chose this property
After the Christchurch earthquakes many areas of the city were deemed unsafe to build on resulting in some beautiful green spaces and parkland which is easily accessible from the location.
Also close to the new Christchurch Stadium (completion 2025), Wilding Tennis Centre (5 minute walk) and the CBD itself (10 minute drive / 25 minute walk) with a growing nightlife and shopping.
