We had to wait about a half hour for the cleaning to be completed, but we were not in a hurry so it was no trouble to us.

This place is nicely set up and clean. Everything needed is provided. Arrival was easy and the instructions were sent ahead of time. Overall it was a great place!

Nice place

Stayed here for a Sedona hiking trip with friends. This place is about a half hour away so the drive into town every day was not bad at all. Check in was smooth and no issues. Place was very clean and generally quiet, though the walls are very thin and you can hear your party talking from any room. Fenced yard is nice and there was tons of space inside as well. Also really loved the soaking tub. That was a nice touch and very relaxing after hiking all day. Would definitely stay here again for another trip out.

We had a lovely stay in Camp Verde. The house is spacious and comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything guests might need. It was easy to find and in a great location for our visit. Check in was clear, and Ashley is a responsive host, so communication was easy. We didn't have any problems, so we didn't need much communication. We were in town for an event in downtown Camp Verde that happens every two years, so I will definitely look to see if this house is available again in the future. Thanks for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
