Everything was perfect, from check in to checkout. The house was decorated to create a wonderful homie feeling. The trees and green grass were beautiful and a short walk to the rivers edge on the property. It had everything you could possibly want or need to have fun at any age. The house was so pretty. WellMaintained. Yard was stunning. Loved the river. Kitchen was well stocked. The listing says 5 bedrooms, more like 3 bedrooms, a bonus room (downstairs in the garage, no bathroom) and a bunkhouse (no access to the bathroom) but we made it work and it was a great time.

My husband and I booked the stay at this property for our anniversary, with our four-year-old. We also invited my sister and her family to join us, as the spacious home comfortably accommodated everyone. We were very impressed with the amenities provided, including kayaks, life vests, and a variety of games. Our dogs particularly enjoyed the expansive backyard and the opportunity to swim in the river. We had a wonderful trip, and the house truly had everything we needed. This home will remain on my list for future bookings!

Definitely coming back!!

To say this property had it all is an understatement. We had 4 kids from 5-16 and they had a blast playing pool, darts, fishing, kayaking, s’mores by the fire and playing in the huge grass yard stretching all the way down to the river! The owner was very communicative and friendly. The home decor was very well done and made you feel like you’re at home! We will be back!

Amazing Trip!

This place has it all to entertain your entire family! Great house with everything you could possibly need and then some. Hosts were awesome and thought of everything a guest may need. If you're looking for a very nice place to stay with a game room and river access, this place is for you! My 10 year old son was occupied our entire trip (and that's pretty hard to do!) Large, fenced-in yard and then additional acreage. Beds were very comfortable and the house had a very homey feeling. We will definitely be back!
