This location was perfect to host our reunion with our group of college buddies, and all of our kids! We had 4 families who all comfortably shared this beautiful space. It was beyond expectation, especially the yard! Our kids loved running and playing all over the property. The host also accommodated an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy. Highly recommend this location if you’re staying in the Gunni/CB area!
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner's quick response to being allowed on the property early. I did feel that the cleaning fee was too high, especially since we were asked to strip the beds, pile towels in the bathrooms and tidy up.

Comfortable, Well-Appointed and Central Home
I brought my high school baskeball team to Gunnison for a camp and this property could not have been more perfect. Just outside of Gunnison (by minutes), it is located in a quiet and lovely area. The house itself was truly perfect. Large, plenty of space for the kids, a fun upstairs loft with a foosball table and a great yard with a volleyball net, which my players loved being able to use. The house has all the amenities you need and everything is laid out in an ideal way for larger groups. We will head back to for a camp next year and we will be checking this property first when we go to book. Definitely want to stay there again.
We stayed here for a guys trip that included four days of bike riding in this beautiful area. The house worked well for our group of four, was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable for hanging out in, and Cami the caretaker was quick to respond and helpful the few times I messaged her. The house is as described in the listing. Note that the master bedroom has a spacious private bathroom that includes a separate shower and tub and walk-in closet, but other guests will need to share the other common bathroom on the main floor unless they go through the master bedroom to the master bath. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip to the incredible Gunnison area and our stay in this home, which is in a quiet neighborhood development a few miles north of town.
