Winter escape

This condo has a beautiful view and is nicely located in the complex and centrally located to nearby shopping. It is a very spacious condo with comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything. The patio is great. It is very clean and updated.

Feb. 2023 visit to Palm Desert

Clean, well stocked condo-- with a beautiful view of snow covered mountains and many interesting birds to watch from the patio. Only downside was the cold front in California this season.

Desert Relaxation

Overall, a lovely property. The owner met us at the door and gave us a quick tour! The patio was perfect! Shaded spots for most of the day.Decor was a little dark, but comfortable!Wish we had paid attention up front that use of the golf course was not permitted and that there was asn’t an on property coffee shop for all!

Great location with an outstanding patio area and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. We were disappointed at the musty smell in the unit (from old carpet?), lack of cleanliness (cobwebs and spiders in many corners), and the lack of access to the fitness center despite it being promoted on the listing. Also, the main bedroom mattress in our opinion needs to be replaced.

Great location but the property grounds was poorly look after. After much conversation with the owner, seemsthe owner was not aware about the property being looked after and we on a number of occasions cleaned the property outdoors at the balcony area so we can enjoy. For the money we spent was not worth it due for us looking after the owner's outside property

Everything and more...

This Palm Desert property is a very special place. The unit is clean, the furniture comfortable, especially the master bedroom king bed and everything is provided that's needed for a great time. The views are even better than the photos. Definitely one of the best locations in the Monterey CC neighborhood. The owner is very easy to work with and provided lots of good info for us to feel comfortable. One minor suggestion is that the pots and pans in the kitchen could be upgraded. Thanks very much for the great vacation!

Beautiful home with fabulous western views. Trees shaded the deck making it comfortable even in very hot temps. Well stocked. Great location.

This property was exactly as shown in pictures. Views from patio were awesome. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The owner met us at property & showed us around & answered any questions we had. Very friendly & easy to work with. Highly recommend this property. Marge J.

Great place, amazing view!

We were so happy with our stay here. Everything was as pictured and the views even better! Leslie was great! She was quick to respond to questions and very helpful and reassuring as we made plans during a pandemic! This was our first visit to Palm Desert and even though we stayed at the condo more than we usually do because of Covid, we didn’t mind! It was great.

Wow!

The pictures do not do the location adequate justice. Being an end unit provides stunning views from both bedrooms, dining area, kitchen and family room. The patio is very large and besides the comfortable furniture also includes 180 degrees of fantastic views. The condo inside is well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. There are 3 swimming pools within 5 minutes walk out the front door. Leslie is a pleasure and very accommodating. The Monterey Country Club is gated and guarded making one feel safe and secure at any hour. The grounds crews keep the golf courses and everyone's lawn and shrubs in optimum condition.
