Sleeping arrangements
This coastal retreat sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 beds, offering space to rest and recharge after a day by the sea. The primary suite opens to the outdoors and features a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower fitted with grab bars and a bench. Additional bedrooms provide soft linens, extra pillows, and a quiet, beachside atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Mornings begin around the dining table with coffee and ocean light; evenings end with dinner shared after a walk on the beach. A washer and dryer add ease for longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy ocean and Intracoastal views from the upper decks or settle into the sunroom with a gentle breeze and a good book. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop sundeck, ideal for morning coffee or stargazing. Down below, the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area invite you to linger over meals in the fresh air.

You’ll find WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a TV with standard cable, and bathroom essentials throughout the home. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Free parking is available on the premises, and guests can enjoy convenient self check-in with a lockbox.

Neighborhood
Deeded beach access is just across the street, and South Ponte Vedra Park is a mile away with a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Explore the nearby shops and restaurants of St. Augustine’s historic district, or visit the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve three miles south for hiking, kayaking, and wildlife watching. Please note that pets are not permitted.
