Beautifully treed, private Cottage Retreat on the Miskwaa Ziibi River. This cottage is a great escape to make new memories with family and friends. Outdoors enjoy the large and spacious deck, riverside lounging, and kids' playground, or sit by the custom fire pit where you can listen to the crackling flames. Indoors there is a great games room on the lower level with a foosball table and darts, additional sitting areas, use of a projector for movie night, and a kitchenette. High speed for all your streaming needs is included!

It was great to get out of the city for a few days and this was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The property was clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The deck was a great place to relax and drink a morning coffee. Every restaurant we tried was delicious. The beaches were very clean. Overall, this was a great vacation and the perfect property. We would definitely stay here again.

A Small Intimate Wedding of Our Dreams

Neisha went above and beyond to ensure our special stay was perfect. The cottage itself was even nicer in person and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. We hosted a very intimate wedding ceremony with immediate family and her property could not have been more perfect for what we had in mind. We will definitely be back, perhaps to celebrate our anniversary

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We were vacationing with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. The grandchildren enjoyed the playground equipment and froging at the pond. They also enjoyed the river. Would recommend this venue.

Fam Time

The property and location was perfect for us! We had a river to play in, swings and a slide, movie-time for all ages, lots of space to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and cutlery for just the kids, books and toys to add to ours, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, a choice of nice beaches, a family bonfire, a paddle/tube downstream, a washer and dryer (handy with 4 kids under 8) and lots of good family time (and lots of helping hands with the little ones). It is a friendly and quiet neighbourhood...well away from the road. It also helped that we had sunny skies for the entire time we were together (travelled in rainstorm) and 3 vehicles so we could go separately or together. Thank you!

Long Weekend Getaway

Our stay at this beautiful cottage in Trent Lakes, Kawartha was nothing short of magical. We spent a wonderful few days here with our friends, family, and even our dog – and every one of us had an unforgettable time.The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open living space made it easy for everyone to relax and connect, while the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy homemade meals together. The bedrooms were comfortable and peaceful – perfect for restful nights after days full of activity.One of the highlights was the flowing river on the backyard. We loved spending our mornings on the deck with coffee in hand, listening to the tickling sound of the river. There were plenty of nearby trails and outdoor spaces for walking and exploring, which our dog absolutely loved. It’s not always easy to find pet-friendly places that still feel luxurious, but this cottage delivered on both fronts.If you're looking for a serene, nature-filled escape that’s perfect for family, friends, and furry companions – this is the place. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!
