Newly-renovated with brand new furnitures. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and families with kids, especially big families up to 7 people. We have an extra air-mattress if required for 2 extra people.

Guest access
- Guests have full access of the 2nd floor (including 2 bedrooms with en-suit baths, the living room, the kitchen and the deck patio). You will share the ground entrance with other guests.

Note:
Quiet hours are 9PM - 7AM.
No parties. No smoking in the house.

There are other guests on the property, so please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum.

Please use the house key for the duration of your stay and return the key pass upon check-out. There will be a $20 replacement charge in event of an unreturned key.

All guests who stay overnight must be registered with host. Thank you
