This was the perfect location. Right over the bridge from Indian Rocks Beach. The house itself was great. We really enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and trips to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was great for our family of 5! Our kids loved the pool. The host was very easy to contact and helped with some issues we had. The beach access is very close and lots of fun restaurants close by. My only negative reviews would be the paint in the pool is peeling and left blue marks on our feet, and the master bedroom stays very warm. The listing pictures were accurate and the home was clean on our arrival.

Great family rental

Perfect location to be at the beach in 4 minutes, while still being just far enough away to feel the separation. Property was clean, spacious and well cared for. Comfortable beds, A/C works great & fans in every room. Pool area has plenty of chairs and easy access. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Our stay was perfect. Home was clean and very comfortable. Great location close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants.An outdoor bbq grill would be a great addition to property assets.

What a cute house. The host is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. The location of this house is perfect. Literally mins drive from Indian Rocks Beach which is far better than the overly commercialized and crowded Clearwater Beach. Close to shopping and restaurant. The house is perfect with the pool in the back. We had a perfect time here.

Nice pool

Very nice enjoyed the pool. The a/c did not quite cool the master bed glad there was a fan, probably wouldn’t hurt to clean the return air filter crate and change the filter might help. Nice neighborhood, quiet. Short drive to the beach.

The house was located in a quiet and great location not very far from Indian Rocks Beach and other great places. The pool was wonderful and very clean as well. Great communication with the property management team as well. The only thing that I'd say wasn't the best was the cleaning crew. The air vents have layers of thick caked on dust and the hanging light fixtures had the same along with cobwebs. But aside from that great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We arrived earlier than planned and were just planning on hanging out around the area until check in time (about 3 hours) but when I reached out to the host to confirm the door lock code she asked about our arrival time and we ended up being able to get right in rather than waiting until 4pm. The house and pool were both clean and very nice. The only thing we found wrong was the ceiling fan didn’t work in the master but I reached out to the host and she had the fan completely replaced the next day!!!! This was our first time doing a house rental so we learned we were supposed to provide our own toiletries after using what was initially provided but the host so graciously provided us with a couple more rolls of toilet paper within 24 hrs of me inquiring about needing more toilet paper. We tend to vacation to different locations in Florida just to feel out all the different places but we would definitely stay here again if we decide to go back to this area!! It was a great location and close to the beach access just like the ad states.
