Property exceeded our expectations. Great for family vacationers. Would definitely recommend for access to everything, nice neighborhood and location to a lakeside path for gorgeous morning walks.

Great property--well located close to a lake with a walking path. And Safeway was a short 10 minute walk away. Plenty of space. The host was very responsive to an issue with the garbage disposal--had it fixed the same day. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great house in an excellent location. Very nice shaded back yard. House had plenty of room to spread out, comfortable furniture and in great shape. Would stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

We had a wonderful stay during our daughter’s softball tournaments in the Denver area. The home was spacious, exceptionally clean, and everything appeared to be brand new. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, making it easy for everyone to relax after long days at the ball fields.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, and the location was convenient to everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated how well the home was maintained and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Great owners! Perfect Location!

This house has the most perfect Western Denver location! Close to everything we needed. A great park to walk our dogs. The owners were fantastic with communication and super helpful when we needed an extended late checkout. The house was exactly perfect for our needs. Our youngest dog especially loved the big back yard!

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's in a fantastic neighborhood - next to a lake where we could walk our dogs. Lot's of other things to do as well within a 10 minute drive. The home itself was amazing! Very clean, updated and homemade bread was waiting for us upon check-in! We will definitely be back when we visit Denver again!

The house was just perfect . If you are looking for a place to enjoy Arvada this house is the right spot. the location near Lake Arbor Park is awesome. I have two dogs and they enjoy very much too. Back yard was good and running around the lake was great.House has everything to make you fell Home .Tonya and Bryan provide all info and the house was great.
