Great house Great location! Walking distance to the Decatur Square and Oakhurst Village. Host is very responsive and helpful! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Decatur. We will be back!

We ended up leaving immediately. In was dingy and musty and when we opened the kitchen cabinet we were overwhelmed by the smell of rotten food - a rancid container surrounded by mouse droppings. We left and contacted the owner (no response) and Evolve which apologized and refunded our funds immediately

Awful

This was terrible; we left immediately. When we first walked in it was musty and shabby, but the worst was when we opened a kitchen cabinet we were overwhelmed by the stench - a container of rancid, rotting food, surrounded by mouse droppings. We left without staying. We contacted the owner - never heard back - but also evolve who, thankfully, were prompt in profuse apologies and complete refund.

Bonjour,Le propriétaire ne m'a jamais contacté malgré plusieurs relance. Frayeur à l'arrivée car je n'avais pas le code. Heureusement, la porte de derrière la maison était ouverte.La maison était propre et bien préparéeCependant, Le ventilateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Etat de la baignoire très vetuste. ..et toujours impossible de contacter qui que ce soit.Vitres et extérieurs sales.
