The property was in a great location to the falls, forts and the Welland Canal locks. It was great to have the downstairs apartment. The communication was great with the Owner. The property was clean and comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy and comfortable. Good matresses for sleeping. The kitchen and gas grill were excellent for cooking meals for seven people. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary kuerig coffee. All the towels could have been a little more plush and the living room could have easily handled more seating for relaxing together as a group. The inside of the house was very clean and had lots of room for our personal belongings. I was a little surprised and worried when we first pulled into the driveway. The outside area around the house and the dirty windows could have used a lot of TLC.

Beautiful family-sized home in a good neighbourhood

Great layout, large home. Perfect for a large family or group to stay together. Small, but private deck in the back for breakfast on the patio. Lots of room for the family. two washers/dryers.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.The house was spacious and perfect for our group of 10, including 6 children and teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and although the home shows some signs of wear, it was clean.The location was excellent in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, just minutes from Niagara Falls, the Pen Centre, and the Welland Canal, which was a fantastic spot for free swimming and paddleboarding.Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. We especially appreciated the minimal check-out requests. Unlike many vacation rentals, we didn't feel like we were expected to clean the entire house while also paying a cleaning fee.The host was responsive and quick to answer our questions. There were a few minor discrepancies: the living room had only the sofa, while the listing photos showed a sofa plus two armchairs, and there was no toaster. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked, but there weren't enough kitchen towels or dishcloths, so we purchased our own.A special mention to the wonderful neighbours, who were incredibly friendly and made the experience feel even more like a home away from home.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. We appreciate it was dog friendly. We do wish the kitchen had a few more pots and pans, but for a short stay it worked out!

Property was local very close all the activities we were interested in. The neighbor hood was nice. There was shopping and restaurants close by. Maybe 15 min"s to downtown Niagara Falls. Lots of wineries to visit close by. Graham
