The highlight of our community is the largest heated salt water pool on the island! The grounds highlight tennis/pickleball courts, bocce ball, gym, shuffleboard and fishing pier. Unit is upgraded with smart TVs, screened in terrace complete with a peaceful view of the Palma Sola Bay!

We want to keep you fully informed so you can book with confidence. At this time, certain community amenities remain temporarily unavailable as restoration efforts continue, with a primary focus on our ground floor units. There will be some residual noise due to this work.

The private beach access is fully restored and open, offering the same stunning views and peaceful vibes as before. Nearby beachfront restaurants and bars are buzzing, serving up your favorite tropical drinks and local cuisine.

We're excited to share that tennis and pickleball courts are now open for competition and we're just awaiting final confirmation from the association on the reopening date of the pool. A lot of progress is being made behind the scenes, and we’re optimistic about sharing a reopening timeline very soon.
